About Me
Every
summer growing up,
my dad took our family on an extended vacation. And for as long as I
can
remember, he always had a camera, snapping away in the background. It
wasn't
until I got to college that I finally understood his love of
photography for
myself. I took a Black & White photo class where I was
introduced to basic
elements of photography including composition, lighting and
development. By the
end of that class, I knew that this was something I wanted to do for
the rest
of my life.
My
sophomore year, I showcased some of my work at a school function and
got a job
photographing a wedding as a result. I was hooked.
I spent a year living in London
where I got lots of practice as the group photographer with my friends.
But it
wasn't until I returned to Los Angeles
and invested in some good equipment that I noticed a slight maturing in
my
photos. I created this site to showcase a few of my better pieces. I
hope you
enjoy.
Special
thanks to Scott Lyons
for his generious support of this site. My appreciation to Joshua Beck
for the graphic design.
